Interactive Testing
Using multi-choice questions and hyperlinks into the manuals, this gives you the opportunity to test newly joined and junior staff. It provides you with feedback – forming an essential part of your induction and training program. This option will allow you to assess the level of knowledge and ability, or areas of weakness of staff prior to, or on joining a vessel so that you can take corrective action to avoid the accidents and costly incidents that result when people (or their certificates) mistakenly claim they understand the system, equipment and safety procedures on board your vessel.
