Modern ships have complex, increasingly automated systems and a downward pressure on the complement of deck and engineering officers. Often these officers will join a vessel and have very little time to familiarise themselves with the vessel's systems and rely on the quality of the information available to them.

Management ashore also need to feel confident that the vessel will have clear, standard, approved and easy to use procedures. WMT use these requirements as the philosophy for manual production, but we also ensure full compliance with international standards and the steady stream of new regulations.
